in my 3100 cnt extracting fail without cnt flashing ok but can't power on any jumper for this like 6610 please help

plz check the info of the mobile its ??????-??-??????-4 IMEI.
its happened in newly manufactured 2 to 3 month old 3120.

Hi,

Try to use version 5.09 to flash it again (full erase and full flash MCU+PPM+CNT, write PM and set UI) before thinking about HW.
or Try to use Griffin to flash it.

His phone can't init local mode ! How to read IMEI as u say?

when u flashing the phone try to charging until flashing done
