i have 3100 worck fine whith box ( ufs .jaf) bat with batrie
contacte service help pls:

bro,
1st try to erase and make full flash with higher version,
and a put a good pm

if not solve your problem, then your set hardwere problem

2nd try to reheat uem verry carefully and clean the pcb verry well

if you have already try to reflash it but still contact service its hard ware problem.Heat UEM if still change it.

no, is not a UEM bro... its UPP and flash ic reheat first the upp.... and post the result
