3100 contact service?

3100 show contact service, flash ok, on - of ok, when i connect jaf box normal mode show insert sim , but connect battery press power on sowing contact service. i remove bsi line all components, same problem. any solution G S M member????????? its very argent.

if imei?????? then repair imei or change UEM OR FLASH
