3100 - if you put battery in all lights turn on!

Hi everyone,
I have a 3100 which when a battery is put in it, all the lights come on automatically!

The phone has been previously water damaged.

I have tried with different screens and the top LCD connector / light controller is not damaged.

The phone does not do anything else! Just lights up when a battery is put in.

Any ideas?!

Thanks,
Chris.

This is not a light driver problem , the phone doesn't work at all . this problem is a UEM problem from water damage , the man need to raise the UEM and clean well , reball it reinstall . that prosses may be repeated for UPP and combo flash too .
