3100 water damage flow uem n hagar,now can on but insert sim then jumper crister ic ,now screeen go blue,but y be like that,help guru.

Just Use Search button with "3100 Blue LCD " u will get the answer..

first check the display from another cell if still same than change the display connector ... and let me know .... good luck .........

its flash ic fault ,,i got same problem i reball it and it works now

check the lcd connector, or change a new one.
