dear sir, i reachive nokia 3100 no speaker sound but key tone ok, i try headphone but same problem? pls help me

bro flash ur phone with latest file .use mcu ppm & cnt also write a gud pm if needed .ur phone will be 100 % ok.it comes due to software i have done 3 or 4 sets by this method

don't change anything in your mobile,
just full erase the mobile and flash it with 6.11v mcu,ppm,cnt flashfile, then pm and unlock it.
