3100 Local mode - GSM-Forum

I have received a nokia 3100 water dumaged !

When I putin the battery ,It displays Local mode .
When I link IT to the TORNADO It displays the normal mode IE (Battery bars ) without SIM ofcorse ! I flashed IT(MCU+PPM) All It was ok (Flash + Ui functions) Normal mode !I disconnect Torado . when I put in the battrey again (before powring IT) It displays local mode with dark screen and steel in this stat !

Can you help me please to solve this strange problem

first chk the battery connector i mean resolder it if still the same change UEM.

yes uem change %70 ok

If not ok, change UPP (Universal Phone Processor)

by me was this a batery prob. i chenge the batery and the prob was solv.
