remove battery connector midile point cap.and check fuse,diode,coil

when 3100 or 6100 "not charging" on display,

you cannot give one easy solution working on every phone..

if phone is display "not charge" then try write a good pm file.
next check diode, inductor, ca[pacitror in charge line. u can find all you need in the service manual (level 3).

after that then you have uem PROBLEMS

most times its a uem problem for not charging.

Look on the front side of nokia under keypad and found FUSE check IT!On it IS -- K --
