i have a 3100 which is showing NOT CHARGING , can anyone help me ...
i have removed the capacitor from the middle pin of battery connector but the problem is not solved...

it is not fuse , if it is fuse then how can it start charging ?

dear mates i have same problem iand i removed the capacitor and the fuse shorted then still not charging

r202 is a resister its in middle of uem chip change it charging will work 100

change the V100 n R200

yes this is a uem fault change then write rpl.

the problem is solved the battery was faulty...
the same battery works OK on another phone but says NOT charging here..

first of all please chek your phon's software version if it is 05.54 then please upgrade it to 06.04 i have checked this sullutioon for this type of set it is ok now

Remove or replace the Bsi line cap work for me (nokia 3100).Thanks for the solution,I noticed b4 this set pass to me it was not a cap at the bsi line but a resistor after I remove it the phone can charge.
