(phone was restected)your phone IMEI is ok ? after flash complited ok your phone shown LOCALMOD ? do u flash your phone with good cnt file ? if your phone dosen't show localmode after full flash ,your phone didn't take the ui settings. full flash your phone with latest update file with MCU+PPM+CNT file. then your phone show LOCAL MODE & must work with UI settings. best of luck. br, JHON. |
