3100 turn off when make a call, eraseflash, make full flash, sent PM, unlock by Griffin, but problem persist.. help..

I think this is PF problem.Change PF with new one.I hope it solve your problem.

PF is power amplifire IC.you can dowload service manual from ufs support site or other site.Now i havn't any pictrue to show you.
