before flash must cheek the software version ?
try with 3.1 version
ur phone r recndation ??

i thenk may be rehot on ic flash and teray again erase flash and flash with ahigher vergn may give agood result

no need to change or reball upp i also have this same prob 4 days ago and solved by reballing flash ic jst do tht

95% this problem is related to upp.... the cpu dosent reads the flash ID n the problem resist.... first reball then change upp... at last reball flash.... this is a hundread 100% working solution... i repair 2 to 4 phones daily ..... try it... u can see HUM ur phone is not showing the flash ID....
