3100 speaker and MIC problem. Please assist. - GSM-Forum

i have problem with my 3100 mic and speaker problem. i measure the resistance and both the mic and speaker is OK. i can hear the key sounds when press the keys. i already full flash the MCU and PPM. But still the same problem. No sound (toot toot toot toot toot) at all when i make a call. And other party can't hear a single sound from me too. Please assist!!

if after flashing there is no sound dont go for hardware this is software problem .flash your phone with rh 19 4.10 and wright this special pm .

i don't think this is soft problem.. reply how phone work after this flashing..

the customer already sent the phone to the NOKIA for repair.
But one thing i would like u to share here is, i test on another phone few weeks back, i erase all the flash in the phone including the pm in the flash chip. i just flash the MCU PPM and CNT, and the phone works without pm (can make calls and receive calls and i can hear and can speak too. So i guess it's not the pm problem. Thanks for your kind help Mr.dipakgt9.

its soft proplem but you can repair it hardware change upp the proplem sloved

i dont know why you dont belive.just four days before i have two new 3100 one with goto problem and another with network dropping and just i flash with new verson and then this problem started then i sarch for this solution on different forum and i finaly solved my problem with this solution but i thing griffin is best for wright pm and after wright pm dont make factory default and use only 4.10and sp 3100 pm

hello some one can help me to repair n6600 contact retailer. I try formatting with three keys ,erase full flash but steel same 4/5 time i have seen this problem and i cant solved is this problem is software or hardware?

try using erase files and dont forget to write pm file brfore formatting or if its water logged then change uem

Try to rehot the UPP and the UEM, if possible take out the chip and clean it and put it back to the PCB. (kinda dangerous) but worth a try.
