i want to know how to count or mark pin numbers in UEM i.e. BGA ic's balls.
of 3100
As i started to count its 15 balls,,,,
and in schematics P7 is on/off switch track so where to locate P7

pl. see pic. and mark with detail
pl. help my anticlockwise,row , coloumn theory is going wrong
