3100 and wrong battery charge level - GSM-Forum

I have Nokia 3100 almost one month. And I have a problem with it. Phone shows wrong battery charge level. The first 3 days it shows maximum charge level. Then charge level decreases until minimum very quickly (about 12 hours). Version of software is 5.02, battery type is BR-5C. Should NOKIA replace my battery? Can anybody help me.

before month I have N6100 with same problem, I change battery(charging) parameters with Phoenix

Can you tell about Phoenix in detail. Is it some software?
And how many days your phone works without charging?

before changing parameter phone works 1-2days and then after 1call automatically power off (with fulll battery bars), now phone works approx. 3-4 days and after then show battery empty

Phonenix is original nokia service software
