i have a nokia 3110 which is hang on nokia.i have flash with latest version.
but the problem is still there. anbody have solution?...................

dear bakup mobile rpl and after that erase and flash with latest version your prub solved

flash the 7.30 version files when not solve the prblm then reball the flash ic ur prblm will be solved

can't make a rpl bakup , phone cant enter in Local mode
