3110 no network - GSM-Forum

i have a 3110 in no network problem some time it show 1800mhz netwrok like RELINCE OR VODAFONE but not search 900mhz network.
m already flash it with new version.
help me where is the problem

changed RF ic with suitable frequency in your country.

Check to see if phone imei begining with zero (that means phone is from usa )and will have to be converted to work with 900/1800 band
