If you are a MXkey user go to services then Emi and security click on intial simlock or sl2 factory unlock and update simlock area your problem will be gone
If you are a advance turbo user then go to imei and locks click on rebuil simlock via simlock rpl and Execute select task your problem well be solved .
For universal box user just click on repair simlock
