3110c blinking 3 time then power off! Please help - GSM-Forum

There is a nokia 3110c water damage.I change Tahvo and Retu.Now in-use current with PS is normal.Phone good flash with JAF and UFS but after power on it shows "Start up phone without sim card?" and when you press "Accept" it blinks 3 time then power off.I erase it and flash with other version but problem don't solve.also i change sim and mmc glass ic.
any idea?
Please help...

try to flash with latest ver(7.21).............

I have the same phone with the same problem. I new in how to flash phone.
Is there someone that can explain how to do that? Flashing .... or link to Tutorial.
