3110c key pad problem - GSM-Forum

Helep me plz. i have 3110c its on and off normaly but when i press menu it show 0 digit and show invelid web setting then phon keys r not work. plz any solution

dear, try to creat factory settings by J.A.F , then full flash with upgrade version..... if after flash processing problem be continue.... try to rehot cpu...... or dont forget to change KEYPAD IC ALSO.. BRO.....
