Hi. Sorry for my dumb question

I found in forum some schematics about MMC Jumper.
What it's all about? Reseting MMC?
Can someone explain me what is for? Can I use it to revive a 3110c with SP data corrupted (FFFFFFFFFFF)?

Ok. Thank for answer. I found already this picture but I realy don't know what to do and how it's working.
Do I need to make short (yellow line) permanently or for only few sec.?
Remove forever MMC regulator? Make also jumper (blue, red, yellow lines) on regulator section?
After that do I need to write a new RPL file?
I know that's a lot of question...
I'm really mad... cause I screwed up
