3110c no power up with SIM - GSM-Forum

I have one 3110c with this problem.
Without SIM card phone power up ok.

With SIM card inside phone phone not power up.

I try desolder out ESD for SIM /Z2700/ and same problem not power up /with SIM/.
All tracks move from card reader to ESD and next to Tahvo.
Only one tracks move direct to Tahvo Vsim.

Any idea for repair it ?

sorry my mistake tracks move to RETU D2200 /no Tahvo/

I was change RETU - not solve
After this try with another battery and all worked ok!!!
