I Tried to Make Jumper Directly to R2403 but Not Work...

With Box Set Power On but Not With Battery and No Response with Charger...

Will begin from the very beginning:
Phone by pressing the power button doesn't start, but at insertion of a charger the indicator on the display is appears.
