bro, you need to unlock with JAF BB5 unlocker or Unlocker by Mehmood Raaz, after that check it with mx key. possible errors after unlock :
contact service
superdongle key invalid

don't worry, the above mentioned problems can be solve with mx key

use mx key to unlock it.. if already unlocked then sometimes this problem comes from sim reader jacket and sim ic....
