3110c restart problem on music - GSM-Forum

I have got 3110c which restarts exactly in 3 minutes while playing music, even i have flashed it with firmware 7.03,but problem is still there, if we do not play music set works fine no restart .. please help , even i have tried it by writing CNT file only also , need urgent help

in my case, using mxkey, sometimes, i didn't flash the phone, just do some repair sd or just click the self test and repair... flashing takes time for that problem

just format the phone in jaf or ufs or mx key ur problem wii 100%solve

it should be turned off
its sp data currupted
press scan in mxkey
it will show u all

1st try full flash with v7.21.
If not solved, then try two simple things before any major tries-
1) Try changing its ringer from another ok working phone,
2) Change its on-off switch.
( This sounds crazy, but it solved a few cases for me.)
