3120 after flash no speaker and mic - GSM-Forum

hello all members 3120 rh 19 before flashing all ok anoly restart go to option but when i flash its show error show in pic i clck on yes set flashing don but speaker and mic not work when i press keypad button key tone is ok i flash 3100 files and 3120 files version 6.01 write many pm gives on forum for this problem but on result
when i try to erase show this error
Area1: 0x01000000-0x01FFFFFF Out of Chip Bounds
sorry pic not upload error
show this error
asic 2142 is not supported by chosen fiemware prroduct can be damange wrong firmware continue any way

I solve my problem by flash ver 6.31 all ok

flash with another file flash

then... write good pm
