3120 hang and restart - GSM-Forum

i got a 3120 dead which was showing erasing error while flashing then i gave heat to flash ic and it got on but with contact service then i rebaled uem and it removed contact servive problem ...but now my set gets hanged when i press any key and gets restart it goes off and then turns on and shows insert sim card ...i have flashed my set with 6.01 mcu ppm and cnt and also with ver 6.11 and 6.31 and aso reballed cpu flash and uem again but still same?

reball the cpu it will be ok.

u didnt read my thread carefully i hav told above tht i have reballed cpu flash ic and uem ic 2 times

its hadware problem (eeprom)

flash with lower version the software dosen't support the hardware flash with version 5.54

sir i have reballed it 2 times and very carefully ....all balls of cpu were equal n very neatly i have placed it

hhow can this prob come from hagar ic ....i think its due to flash ic or cpu but im not confirmed ...when i press on switch it shows insert sim card but after 3 or 4 sec it shows blank dark screen n sometimes restart or sometimes doesnt respond at all

i already told u it is cpu problem change it ,first of all change crystal ossilater.

don't forget to change the cpu. if the problem remains same .
