3120 help


friends I have a nokia 3120 which was software problem
then i decided to flash the phone with ufs , I flash mcu+ppm v.5.90 but same result . then did erase to id 01000000-01FFFFFF , but ufs give me the report that out of chip bounds
then I decided to edit id to 01000000-013FFFFF & did erase
now mcu+ppm flash complete but cnt failed
I also erase id 01000000-017FFFFF but same , ufs shows 1st boot ok

Please help me

from all of your speaking i understood that the phone is giving an error in cnt. please try with jaf.. if you cant get a positive result, i offer you to replace/block/rehot flash ic.

just flash fone without cnt.... flash it with mcu+ppm.... all b fine

Erase address for 3100/3120/6100 is 01000000-017FFFFF
If local mode not ok than u cant extract CNT file bro ,,,, If flashing MCU and PPM ok and phone not power onn than check UEM reflow or rehot .... but first try to flash MCU and PPM and check if phone turning on or not ,,,?

What was the initial problem in the phone before u flashed ? 30secs off or restart ?

Please post history and log for further help

thank you friends for reply , the phone has network problem & also restart while doing manual network search
I also tried flash without cnt only mcu+ppm , flashing ok but cant enter in local mode, while erase id 01000000-017FFFFF I think all memories are erased
please guide me

Erasing Error : 10 , at : 0X011FC000-0X011FFFFF , 940206
Process Failed
I think it's a flash ic problem

Try to reheat SDRAM and reflash it.If still change it and reflash.

you don need to hot the phon that is only softwere solution can be applyd.
