3200 'Menu" & "Clear" Button not working... - GSM-Forum

Hi Masters,

Can anybody tell me the solution of "3200 'Menu" & "Clear" Button not working..." ? I have already replaced the KEYPAD IC from another working set, now everything is Ok except the "MENU" & "CLEAR" button. What to do now ?

reball ic, if still have same problem reball cpu.

change the keypad board it can be problematic and check the pins of the board connector sometime these got broken

Change the glass ic located between CPU and Crystal (XTAL). That is keypad IC. Virtually all time, you have to change keypad IC. Wish you good luck!
