to remove 3200 PA is almost easy, you need :
1. hot air, seting air 3 and heater 5
2. a little of flux
3. tweezer or pincer.
put a little of flux on pa and hoting it and take out.

3200 Pa

Thats what I ussualy do. (older phones)

3200 however seems like liquid solder or ? doesn't melt
(so being frustrated today - used force - bad idea for any mobile repair)

Before removing PA or any IC, when u are heating component (of course using flux) at first try to little push forward BGA/LGA component and check if it is "sliding". If Yes, now u can easilly put it up, without destroying solder pads...
Regards.
