IS it possible to change UEM from broken 3200 to change imei on other 3200?
I have a broken 3200 board but UEM seems to be OK, and other 3200 to change imei. Is it possible to change UEM? IF so, what do I have to do after change UEM, just need full flash? or more?

ok... it seems to be impossible to use old UEM on other phone

only new..

in nokia dct4 uem ic can only use for 1 time

@Gentellmen...
The UEM is the power manegment chip wich controls the power over the phone , it also contains the IMEI no.stored on a small sized memory inside the chip , that no had been written for one time .
At the same time the IMEI no. is written on the flash memory at the same time with the UEM ( but the flash memory is re-writeable !! ).
So .. U have ither to move bothe of them ( UEM + Flash IC ) or replace the UEM , then read the phone , by that reading , request an RPL file .

After some search I get the same info around.
My problem now is I don't have BGA molding for rebouling flash IC.

Can anyone help me to find it. My BGA rebooling kit don't support new flash ICs like from 3200, 7250, etc..

dont change flash ic, just make ask for flash imei,send to gt_server to calculate & write rpl to phone(6 euro for ask). It's easy & tested!!!

U need to buy logs to griffin server(u need a griffin box), loger will auto connect to server after u will enter correct user & pass(provided to u from log seller). Ask file will be created with Griffin & also rpl file will be writed with griffin box.

just don't miss to replace the flash chip also...
and init simlocks after.
