Member: 12869 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | I've repaired alot of this problem by reflow cobba, so first reflow cobba with flux, if it doesn't work then reball it, but reflowing usually works. GOOD LUCK |

Member: 14792 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | hey men... you just doing the easiest thing.rehot rehot reflow reflow. rehot doesnt clean the dust between pcb and solderball..if this dust or unsoldered pad isnt cleaned by soldering machine the problem will remain.. some of you say "i always rehot and customer doesnt come back.."ofcourse you have 50% chance.one of them is there isnt any dust between pcb and chip.and other one is the customer cant come back or doesnt see you again..you cant succes by the easiest way...__jero__ |
