3210 battery problems

I have one 3210 that shows "battery empty" during call, but it doesn't switch off. Phone has standby of 3 days and talktime for 3 hours, but allways shows "low battery" and "battery empty" during call, every minute or so. When call is ended phone displays 1 battery bar for 2-3 minutes, and then is back on 4 battery bars.

I have tried several batteries, it is not the battery problem.

I have tried all software solutions, reflash, upload eeprom, reseting.... it is not a software problem.

Then i have cleaned contacts, checked almost all capacitors, resoldered CCONT and CHAPS, even COBBA, checked everything in power section - no result.

Can it be MAD related problem? Or something else?
