3210 nothing on display - GSM-Forum

when i switch on phone, backlights are keeps some time and nothing on screen. LCD is good. WinDLS sees firmware (ver6.0) but imei&user code are 0000...When i fully remove or change eeprom result are the same.
Before fon was working but dont want to be flashed. Then i reflow CPU and after have this problem
help!

Hi

I reckon you proberly cooked the cpu or at least caused the solder balls to short out underneath "maybe you've got a nice paper weight or weapon" maybe I'm wrong " "hopefully I'm wrong"

anyone else have any ideas??

Possible CCONT fault,reheat,maybe will work
