3220 Keypad Issue

Could anyone please help me with the keypad on a 3220.
I have looked through the forum and found nothing on this, the problem I've got is the RED & CLEAR button do not work.

ALL the other buttons work perfect but these two do not I have found solutions for other keypad problems but nothing for this one.

Thanx in advance
