3220 write pm failed - GSM-Forum

full flash ok but write pm failed, but imei number is ok. phone is on when insert sim card. when i put the sim card then i on the phone only showing me white light and battery bar then phone automaticly turn off. any solution . what i do ? plz help me its very urzent

now ok thanks but small problem here lastly in ui setings normal mode failed but set ok. showing me [normal mode failed insert sim card].
so what i do in this time ? any solution? plz help me again plz
