3230 Camera Feature not Supported - GSM-Forum

The 3230 says "Feature not Supported" when tried to open the Camera. Though upgraded its the same and I did replaced the Camera to but no use. Please clarify as to what causes the defect plz. The battery too runs down when the phone is switched off and sometimes gets restarts.
