UI board is common problem for 3230.your problem is also UI board problem.3230 UI related others problem r --display white screen
--key pad problem
--joy stick problem
--l.c.d.light problem
--ringer problem.
UI board means = keypad panel board which attached with camera & display.when u disassembling your 3230 then u see there a main mother board & a uper lavel keypad panel board which attached with main pcp board in way of 3 pluging jack revon.
solve your problem change this revon (if u can do that )or change the full UI board. try it & post result.

hello i have solved many time like that camera problem and speaker , display that 3 problem from streep (belt off bitveen 2 bord) change that sreep ur problem solved 100%
