3230 Hang On NOKIA Title................ - GSM-Forum

Hello friends
I recv a nokia 3230 (Phone startup failed Contact the retailer)
Its imei ???????? currupt
I use ask2rpl service
After write RPL phone shows only NOKIA mono
I erase
Flash
Write PM
UI settings
Format
But problem not solve
Shows NOKIA title only
I think its HW,Because its lcd lights blink slowly also
Please guide me

bro change ui board....its cause sometimes these problem
