ichange the front board the speaker is not work tell me speaker ways plzz help me sir

Cheeck front board speaker track.If missing make jumper from main board.Multimeter will help you to findout missing track.

are u already try change the flexible?

You have changed total front board i mean before & after changeing front board condition same so no need to change flex.You can change black join registor right side of right side main board conector (I have no picture) if not ok change right side main board conector.Otheroise you can follow my first post.
