have received 3 units with this kind of problem, does anyone know a solution? tried changing keypad i.c, cleaned the board still the same...<br />Any help would be appreciated <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

hello friends, also got 3310 with no functions in 1,6,9 and #. Rehot keypad interface but still same problem. Please help!

There is resistor network below LED near MAD CPU. Either rehot that with good flux or replace. Too many cases here of that resistor going bad because of LED Changing with poor soldering equipment or too hot soldering temp.
