Hi guys,I flashed two 3310 phone with ufs2.It flashed well yet it could not power up,displaying 'flash id failed bad ack error'.What else can I do guys

try to reflow or reball flash ic then flash again!

give some more info...were they working before flashing..?
and what do you mean "It flashed well " , then you said that you got error message "flash id failed bad ack error"....for me this is not well finished flashing process....

Try to flash with griffen if not then change flash ic

flash it with griffin box it will work 100%......

The phone was not powering when they were brought to my office,so I tried to flash,and they were showing '1st boot error,bad resp'.on ufs2,while neelix3 display 'Time out mcu did not boot'.With flux I reflow cobba.I tried flashing again, it respond to flashing by displaying all the data i.e erasing,writing,bla bla bla.When it was time to boot up phone,Neelix 3 display 'could not get link with phone' while ufs2 'display'MBus Error:1F 00 10 40 00 04 00 01 64 01 01 2E Bad Mob Ack'.I hope you understand me better now,But I don't have griffin software.Thanks.

U need to reball or change flash ic. Work 100%
