hii

are you trying to charge a new battery?

have you tried to charge the battery with another phone?

sometime new battery don't have enough voltage. measure the battery with multitester, if below 3 volts it wont get charge.
you can zap it with small DC adaptor with 4,5 or 6 volts - 500mA for a minute or less or until the volt rises to normal between 3 - 3,6 volts

No, that happend with battery which work normally in
phone 6 month. And when time for charge is come, put
plug in phone, and that i receive on display. I try
what you say to "flash" battery with higher voltage and
that will work for now. Phone start to charge that battery.

But, before that, i put that battery in another phone and
another phone charge that battery, when i put that battery
in origin phone, the origin phone is start to charging battery
which is not charging before few minutes.
