Try to flash your phone! every time when u chanhe cobba u must flash ur phone with full flash!

use eprom tool to check what is the problem. if it is eprom tune check sum. flash the phone with virgen eprom. start address is 3D0000.AFTER FLASHING USE NOKTOLL to rebuild imei coz u will get ?????? imei just copy the original imei of your phone then update faid & lastly set factory reset..hope this could help

I have same problem, 3310 contact service, and when I try to selftest, computer say cobba paralel failed, I change coba and I flash again, not success...

if says cobba parralel failed and you changed cobba and its still the same means theres a broken track on the board you need circuitry its very difficult to repair tracks under vga's
