3310 contact service even change cobba?


Hi.
Today customer brought to me 3310 show CS. I tested with wintesla then it says cobba serial failed. I tried to change more than 10 new cobba still same. Also I changed around component near cobba,and ccont. But stll same. Now only faulty unit suspect is MAD or not?

Cobbaif is communication&clocksynchron line to Mad. (cobba A7-B7-D8 pins to Mad2 A6-A7-C6). If cobbaif line is faulty, Mad2 not see cobba.
Remove cobba, and check:
Cobba A7 to J316 (CPU A7)
Cobba D8 to J317 (CpU c6)
and B7 to j315 (CPU A6)

@gsm salers contact service in cobba is 2 kind cobba serial and cobba paralel and you must change 10000x cobba and contact service is still alive.you must see better down cobba on the pinsthey are disconected and your job is to solder them one by one with atention and your problem will resolved

I suggest you to change flash IC and if needed write good flash.Usually when I change cobba and don't solve problem I change flash and give good result.
