when we heat 300C to flash it
either from upwards or downwars the BOARD becomes too hot & its a danger for all the portion that any Chip will loose his place & became short

tooo Dangerous

The good way is to apply the paste
Paste is available everywhere now thats disolves that HARD area of paste
but that paste is also dangerous , when it evaporates it will affect too many diseases

Not 100%

Any way Thanks

Hotair and Knife will only kill your CPU.
I tried on many boards but most of the time due to extra heat collection in and around
ics and no free air under BGA to pass the heat . u r ic will break (with hole in it).
Try at ur own risk

Experience, only experiense. You must training on totally damaged phones first, one more and one more time again
Now i have about 90 % of success in that operation....

I repair about two Samsung phones per day, for last week i removed CPU from Samsung phones 4 times (R210, A800)
You right, the best solution will be disolvent, but where we can find him ? Only words, words, and words once again and no one can tell this

P.S. But you are right in one thing, difficult for removing (for me ) two type of glues, in old Samsung phones (like SGH2400, A100) and in Nokia phones (transparent glue)
