3310 hang after charging 30minute
symptom be all keypad can not press
please guide me.

Please more details....
As I understood it hangs after 30 minutes of charging. Am I right?
If so then check temperature near CHAPS/CPU during charging process.
There is a possibility that pin/pins on CPU become open when CHAPS is heating.

PS: Please post results.

yes you understood right but when I warm board it ok but if i do charge. it hange result you wait a few day

Then it is cpu soldering problem...

Put Some Soldiring Paste On Cpu And Reheat Leave To Cool Down And Re Heat Again Maybe Water Under Cpu

I change V205 but when chargoing within 10-15 minute it hang i think that line cpu cut .what do you have some idea?

@boba yes i have seen plenty 3310/3390 china made phones with no epoxy around cpu

just depends
but 95% have clue

i have 3310 water logged hang after 30 sec, ichange cobba,power,hagar charging still same when i put on charginging work perfect i have remove coil,pa also

TRy removing L511 and see if it helps. In some cases of hanging it works. If not replace it n try other solutions.
