Member: 3714 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | 3310 interesting FLASH IC i have one 3310 with flash problem... Phone can be flashed, but after flashing in flash ic is only trash. I already tried to change flash ic, ccont, RAM.... interesting is that if i send only small data(for ex. 65KB) in flash ic and then stop flashing, it is ok! But if i leave flashing till the end it will corrupt these data! Any Idea? Platy |

Member: 39245 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 43 | What do u mean??? After flash then ur flash IC become a defective flash IC? How can u know data in flash IC were corrupted. After U flash the flash file, read it back and then compare the files or what ? |

Member: 6744 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | maybe ......... maybe not only flash rom occupies the DATA bus , ( maybe RAM at same time) this can corrupt flash data ( and can corrupt even flash IC ) , for me was such case in 3410 ..... Regard's |

Member: 3714 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | if i flash only small data and then stop flashing in phone it is ok! i can read it back correctly! but if i won`t stop flashing and wait till the end of flashing whole flash then data would be corrupted - if i read it back it is corrupted! I already tried to change RAM... Platy |
