3310 Keypad prob !! - GSM-Forum

I have 2 3310 having Keypad prob in Both

In 1 set (1,4,7,*) is not working
& in other set (4,5,6) is not wk

Any one can help me urgently

look at the board and see cut tracks .... take an multimetter and measure contacts .... and see

100% working solution ...

Meter Readinng are OK
May be any IC prob !!!

try to change the IC near the sim contacts (that balck one with legs on both side)

kindly please be careful it is sometime software reflash full with eprom before trying any hardware if not try lcd ic check or change
