3310 mic problem


I have a 3310 that scratch when i use internal mic , I just try to change it, but nothing.with external mic is all ok .
any suggestion?

you must give more info. Is water damaged? dropped, violent hit?
are mic contacts clean and ok?

water damaged-> I would try to clean pcb with special machine (ultrasounds)

dropped -> try to reflow cobba?

but I'm not an expert

tank you for help , but I don't know how happened at the cell , because it is not myne.
Is possible that the cobba have some contact desoldered?
and there is a metod to resold the bga without a special air tools?
were can I try a tool for bga on internet that cost no so much?

I think minimum for hotair rework station is about 250USD....
